Refund Policy

We have 30 day refund policy here at electricalendeavours.com. If more than 30 days pass since you received your order then we will not be able to refund you.

All refunded items must be returned in the same condition they we were received in. 

To organise a refund please contact us at: returns@electricalendeavours.com We will then give further instructions on whether to send the returned item(s) to either us or the manufacturer.

If your refund is approved you will receive an email from us letting you know, along with information on when you will receive it. We will credit the card that was used to make the purchase.

• All refunds must be returned with the original packaging and proof of purchase.
• We are not responsible for any shipping costs/losses when returning items.
